STEEL WORK RU, OOO AND TEKHNOLOGIYA-SV, OOO SIGNED A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT.
On May 21, 2018 Steel Work Ru, OOO (Limited, Russia) and Tekhnologiya-SV, OOO (Limited, Russia) signed an Agreement about Partnership. Since the execution, delivery and performance of the Agreement, Steel Work Ru, OOO (Limited, Russia) is officially considered a sole distributor of Tekhnologiya-SV, OOO (Limited, Russia).
Tekhnologiya-SV, OOO (Limited, Russia) (http://tsv-34.ru/) is a manufacturing company, founded in 2007. Their core business activities: the manufacturing of great consignments of clad products by the explosive welding, (compound of different steel grades, such as: low-alloy steel + high-alloy steel, steel + aluminum (or alloys of aluminum), steel + titanium (or its alloys), steel + copper (or its alloys), aluminum + copper, aluminum + titanium steel + zirconium, etc.). Moreover, the Company produces irregular oversized double layer composite plates with implementation of great variety of steel grades (22К+08Х18Н10Т, 09Г2С+08Х18Н10T etc.) by the explosive welding and rolling methods. Clad plates dimensions are determined by the technical capabilities of rolling equipment.
The Company applying its proprietary to manufacture the billets for tube sheets made of explosion clad bonded carbon material: steels (09G2S, 12CrM, St3, etc.) + brass (L63, L62 etc.). Any dimensions are possible. We also obtain the technology to expand tubes into tubesheet by explosion, e.g. explosive tube expanding. Our industrial facilities as well as our certified test site for explosive work conducting allow us to perform the total volume of explosion clad bonded material up to 10 000 sq.m per annum.
Combining the capacity of the two companies would get synergies from joint activities, and allow achieving a new level of cooperation in the nearest future.
